Culinair (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a web application that extracts structured recipe data - including ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and estimated nutritional macros - from social media video URLs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms). Culinair is operated at culinair.app.
To use Culinair you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Culinair offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Your use of Culinair is also subject to the terms of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Extracted recipes are generated automatically using AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Nutritional macros are estimates based on ingredient matching against the USDA FoodData Central database and should not be relied on for medical, dietary, or clinical decisions. Always consult the original source and a qualified professional for critical dietary advice.
Culinair does not guarantee that every URL will produce a successful extraction. Video availability, caption quality, and platform restrictions may affect results.
Culinair and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Extracted recipe content may be subject to third-party copyright - we do not claim ownership of recipe content sourced from external videos. You retain ownership of any content you store in your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culinair is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on inaccurate recipe information.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the application. Continued use of Culinair after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
